LEARN MOREABOUT US

Established in 1993, we are a leading junior football club, with a supportive and development-focused environment.

We are the area’s leading community focused junior football club. For 30 years, the Rowville Knights has provided thousands of boys and girls the opportunity to play Australian Rules football, in a supportive and development focused environment. The club offers boys teams from Under 8s to Under 16s and an Under 10 girls team. Our grounds is located in Liberty Avenue, Rowville.

We develop kids as footballers and people through focusing on their enjoyment and participation in the game we love. Footy is just not about what happens on the field. Building lifelong friendships is also a part of being a Knights player.

Our approach and passion for the game has regularly proven to lead to on field success, however our focus has always been on offering players and their families a fun and safe environment to enjoy junior football and being part of the community.

Hi Knights MembersWhile footy is over for the season there are things happening preparing for next season. We applied for a grant from Community Bank Knox Group (Bendigo Bank Ferntree Gully) our contact is Tina Doran branch manager on who have already donated $1000 towards the trophies. The grant we have applied for is to put towards nets behind the goals opposite the school end avoiding the footy to go down in the ditch which becomes dangerous in the winter season that holds water.Tonight club president Paul Hogan & I was invited to collect a cheque of $5000 to put towards our nets which was amazing thru additional sponsors coming on board & more grants that come available we can achieve the additional $30,000 to put them up. If we can get the ground updated then full ground lights up & finishing off with girls change rooms we can achieve these nets behind the goals too.We want to acknowledge our friends at Bendigo Bank Ferntree Gully for being part of Rowville Knights Community Football Club. If you want to go into the branch to open up an account small or big mention your from the Knights they will appreciate your business.Go Knights ... See MoreSee Less
