The EFNL Interchange form is to be used by Team Managers during games to log interchanges, players starting quarters on the bench and any red/yellow cards or interchange related incidents. The umpire may request the interchange form after the game, if so please take a photo of the completed form. If the form is not requested by the umpire the Team Manager should keep the completed form until the completion of the season.
