The Rowville Knights are delighted to announce that Collingwood AFLW players JORDYN ALLEN, LAUREN BUTLER & JOANNA LIN will be coaching the Under 18’s Girls team in 2022.

Three of the most promising young up-and-coming players in the AFLW, they have been hand-picked to be the trailblazers for a new AFL Victoria pilot program – in conjunction with the Rowville Knights – which is designed to provide AFLW players with opportunities to coach their own community team.

They will receive professional training, development, practical hands-on support and mentoring from AFL Victoria’s Coaching Development & Education team led by Rick Coburn.

We are launching a 4-week ELITE PRE-SEASON ACADEMY in March. This 4-week Rowville Knights training program will be run by Jordyn, Lauren & Jo in conjunction with Rick’s team of professionals and will be FREE to join for girls aged 12-17 who are interested in joining the Knights’ program.
